Public holiday long weekends - are usually 3 night minimum
but on some occasions we do accept 2 night stays- these will
be charged at a higher nightly rate so please enquire

This is an Adults only Property - sorry it is not suitable for children
due to unfenced dams and fish pond near the house
Please mention on enquiry if you have a pet as some dates we do not allow them
It is not a B&B so we do not provide meals / cleaning services / laundering services or telephone
But there are full kitchen facilities including pots / pans / utensils etc...
We do provide one bag of complimentary firewood for your stay
additional bags can be purchased from the petrol station on the highway turnoff
split system aircon also provides heating / cooling
Please note - use of outdoor firepit is not permitted when it is windy or on bushfire risk days
